**Job Summary**:

- Professional Retail Leasing Manager required for leading listed corporate real estate company.
- Proven track record in a diverse portfolio of retail leasing with both national, independent and international retailers.
- Successful conclusion of leasing both new retail business as well as the ongoing negotiation of renewals and contract extensions.
- You will need to oversee the commercial leasing of premium A-Grade office space and engage with brokers if necessary to ensure the space is 100% let.
- Must be able to juggle multiple tenants & multiple brands at any given time.
- Liaison on a professional, first name basis with the MD's and C-Suite signatories of these businesses.
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- 8+years Retail Leasing experience
- SAP experience advantageous but not essential
- Administrative perfectionist with some legal knowledge of leasing
