**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage the daily operations of the workshop, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
- Supervise and mentor workshop staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety standards.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are maintained and in optimal working condition.
- Monitor and manage workshop inventory, including spare parts and consumables.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards (ISO 9001).
- Coordinate with other departments to align workshop activities with business objectives.
- Identify and address technical issues, troubleshooting as needed.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness in all workshop operations.
