Job Title: Sales Representative

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate new sales leads and follow up on existing prospects to meet or exceed sales targets.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

3. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.

4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and referrals.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction.

6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

7. Manage sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and provide regular sales forecasts.

8. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets.

9. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer interactions in CRM.

**Requirements**:
1. 1-3 years of sales experience (industry-specific experience preferred).

2. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.

7. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
