**Minimum requirements for the role**:

- Minimum matric is essential.
- Previous experience having worked within a Secretarial / Sales Administration role or related ideally working within an engineering or related environment is preferred for the role.
- Previous experience having typed, prepared and submitted comprehensive tenders and quotations is essential for the role.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy is essential with basic working knowledge of Excel.
- Must be able to type accurately.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Completing administrative functions pertaining to the compilation and submission of tenders and quotations.
- Liaising with engineers regarding various projects and documentation that will be requiring.
- Liaising with engineering customers regarding queries.
- Working closely with all engineering employees within the company and supporting them with necessary documentation required for large projects and tenders.
- Receiving tender notifications and liaising with proposals managers regarding tender briefing and collection of tenders.
- Attending tender kick off meetings and agreed on deliverables.
- Following up with team on progress of deliverables ensuring deadlines were met.
- Preparing tender documentations and tender forms.
- Printing, scanning, binding and packing completed tender documentation.
- Maintaining project spreadsheets and following up clients on proposal status.
