**GERIATRIC, FRAIL CARE, ALZHEIMER'S AND DEMENTIA CARE FACILITY**

Our client is looking for Care Providers with experience in geriatric patients diagnosed with dementia.

**Responsibilities but not limited to**:

- Provide general daily care for residents (Personal hygiene, oral hygiene, hair is clean, wash (bath/shower) regularly, wearing clean clothes, shave beard, groom nose and ear hair, assist with toilet and/or incontinence wear)
- Monitoring residents as instructed on care plan
- Assisting the residents during mealtimes
- Always ensuring the safety of the residents
- Creating and maintaining a clean, tidy environment for residents
- Record keeping and administration
- Assisting residents in activities of daily living to promote their well-being
- Ensuring that infection control is maintained on the floor
- Self-motivation, training, and self-development
**Essential**:

- Secondary Qualification: Grade 10
- Tertiary Qualification: Care Provider Certificate
- Language Professional Proficiency (read, write & speak): English
- At least 1-year experience in caring for the elderly
- Understand and adhere to the importance of resident hygiene, personal hygiene, and health, and safety requirements
