**Role Purpose**
- To utilise technical expertise and enhance service delivery through improving membership processes for the Employer Group Services (Momentum Medical Scheme and Health4Me) team by recommending technology-driven solutions and partnering with relevant internal stakeholders, developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) which solve complex technical problems.
**Requirements**:

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- PROCESSProvide operational and technical support by ensuring that the business processes are maintained and in accordance with Scheme rules.Identify technical gaps in processes and propose improvements with the aim of maximising efficiency and reducing administrative costs in line with daily operations.Draft communications for business requirements and reviewing standard operating procedures (SOPs).Analyse and drive all relevant projects for Employer Group Services (Oracle and Digital platforms) by collaborating with the Project Manager, and business analyst to execute project expectations, encompassing system and business processes, whilst ensuring professional and timely completion of all projects.Coordinate the connections between different business units and IT, where necessary, and interpret and ensure the implementation of any changes or requirements within the Employer Group Services Team.Analyse technical specifications for business requirements, testing and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new developments introduced to Employer Group Services. This includes setting up test packs, developing testing plans based on technical specifications, and new developments in the Employer and Broker interface to ensure its functionality and accuracy.Troubleshoot system errors or bugs, and if necessary, log defects with IT.Implement reports for internal and external stakeholders, conduct testing and quality assurance for new reporting implementations, and enhance reporting functionality through automation to reduce reliance on manual intervention.Provide assurance reports for key control reviews and perform key account reconciliations and reviews.Conduct adhoc investigations, including Membership interfacing exceptions, while considering delivery deadlines and reporting requirements.Deal effectively with inbound report requests emanating from areas such as the Scheme, SPN’s, and any other operational areas.Document new systems functionality for users in preparation for UAT.Year End, support the national Employer Group Services Team with all year-end planning and requirements - Broker Spreadsheets, support to BA’s in preparation for all year end projects that require review of requirement documents for business UAT and sign-off.
CLIENTLiaise and build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as IT, Service Provider Network's (SPN's) Hello Doctor, National Employer Group services team, Employer Groups and Brokers.Investigate and resolve internal and external technical membership escalations and communicate with third parties regarding any technical interface queries and escalate where needed.Provide test packs for operational training document and act as support for end users.Coordinate and ensure users are adequately trained before new implementation and projects roll out
