Spinx Property Maintenance is South Africa’s leading property maintenance and facility management company, trusted for delivering top-quality service to commercial clients across the country. We are looking for an ambitious and capable **General Manager** to take ownership of financial systems and reporting while progressively expanding into operational management. **What You’ll Do**

Phase 1: Financial Systems & Reporting
- Review and optimize financial systems to improve accuracy and streamline workflows.
- Resolve financial backlogs and establish a solid financial framework.
- Prepare, analyze, and present detailed financial reports with actionable insights.
- Oversee and support bookkeeping staff to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to South African tax laws, payroll regulations, and financial reporting standards.

Phase 2: Operational Management
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement operational improvements.
- Assist in optimizing workflows across departments to enhance productivity and service delivery.
- Provide strategic input to improve client engagement, contractor relationships, and overall performance.
- Contribute to fostering a strong, results-driven company culture through effective leadership.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in financial management with exposure to operational processes.
- A proactive, results-oriented individual with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and influence outcomes.
- Proficiency in financial software, reporting tools, and advanced Excel.
- Comprehensive knowledge of South African tax laws, payroll systems, and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record in similar roles, supported by contactable references.
