We are a reputable Air Conditioning Company based in Montague Gardens, currently seeking a dedicated **Welder (ARC)** to join our dynamic team.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Performing ARC welding on various piping and structural components
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Cutting, shaping, and joining metal components
- Ensuring all welding work complies with safety and quality standards
- Collaborating with pipe fitters and other trades to complete projects efficiently

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Matric/Senior Certificate
- Welding Training Certificate

**Experience**:

- At least 3-5 year of experience as a Welder in the HVAC industry

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in ARC welding techniques
- Ability to work with various metals (steel, stainless steel, etc.)
- Strong understanding of welding safety standards and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to project sites if required

**Personal Attributes**:

- Hardworking, diligent, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Salary - DOE (Based on MEIBC grading system)

**Experience**:

- Welder (ARC): 3 years (required)
