Seeking an experienced Relocation Coordinator to join our Cape Town team.

The role of Global Mobility Coordinator entails coordinating and managing missions from our Cape Town Head Office to branches across Africa. This full-time, office-based position emphasizes excellent client service and relationship management.

Responsibilities include:

- Coordinating all aspects of relocation services for corporate clients into Africa.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Delivering exceptional customer service, particularly for high-caliber clients.
- Demonstrating resilience and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations, with superior administrative abilities.

- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and resourcefulness.
- Ability to multitask and efficiently complete tasks.
- Dedication to excellence and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong research and negotiation skills.

Minimum Requirements:

- Matric qualification.
- Five (5) years of direct customer service experience.

Additional experience in logistics, HR mobility, travel into Africa, proficiency in languages such as French, Portuguese, or Spanish, or expatriate living experience is advantageous.

This is a full-time position with no remote work option
