We're a professional and collaborative firm, and we're looking for someone who can bring their A-game to the table. With offices nationwide and established relationships with the biggest names in property, we're the go-to company for all things commercial and industrial real estate. Every year since 2011 we are recognized as a leading Commercial & Industrial Brokering firm in the industry.

New brokers earn between R500k and R1mil in their first year - could you be our next millionaire broker?

**Here's what you'll be doing: (Full training provided)**
- Closing deals left and right with leasing and sales transactions
- Prospecting for new business on a daily basis
- Keeping our client database in tip-top shape
- Showcasing our properties to the world with top-notch digital marketing skills
- Growing our business with lead generation and customer relationship management
- Guiding clients through property viewings and negotiations
- Staying on top of the game with market knowledge and sales strategies

**What Warehouse Finder has to offer**:

**Requirements**:

- 1yr Sales Experience (Commercial Property experience advantageous)
- A proven track record of successful deals
- A willingness to hustle and find new leads
- A sharp negotiation skillset and the ability to provide excellent client service
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms
- A team player attitude
