**Job Purpose**:
Co-ordinates the booking and allocation of stadia/ sports facilities within the eThekwini Municipality
complying with the relevant or applicable legislation.

**Key Responsibility Areas**:

- Administer the use of sports/ stadia amenities.
- Attending to public enquiries regarding the use of Moses Mabhida Stadium.
- Co-ordination of Stadia Facilities.
- Requisition and sign-on of temporary employees.
- Co-ordinates the on-boarding of temporary employees.
- Co-ordinating transport arrangements for temporary employees.
- Liaises and maintains communication with labour brokers.

**Physical Requirements**:
Good Health.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Matric/Grade 12 and relevant certificate accredited by SAQA
- 2 Years relevant experience. Computer literacy.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Relevant 3 year tertiary qualification.
- 3 Years relevant experience.
