- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the safari industry
- Must have experience working in a sales team environment and/or operations background
- Must have strong customer service skills (written and verbal)
- Must have excellent communication skills, a service delivery mindset and a strong customer service focus both internally with colleagues and externally
- Must have sound administration and organisational skills
- Skilled in designing detailed and individualised quotes for itinerary requests
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral, with proven English & Mandarin literacy
- Be able to work overtime (if needed) and be willing to work alternative public holidays

**Salary**: R35,000.00 - R40,000.00 per month
