**Position Overview**:
ST Insure is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Claims Administrator to join our team. The Claims Administrator will play a crucial role in processing and managing insurance claims efficiently and accurately.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing insurance claims for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicating with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
- Processing claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Investigating and evaluating claims to determine coverage and liability.
- Maintaining accurate records of claims transactions and correspondence.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the claims process.
- Assisting with claims-related inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in insurance claims administration or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
