**Requirements and Experience**

**Minimum Requirements Education & Certification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant SQL or data management certifications are advantageous.
- Certifications in AI, data science, or predictive analytics (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, IBM Data Science Professional Certificate, or equivalent) are beneficial.

**Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SQL-based data integration, data warehousing, or business intelligence.
- Proven experience integrating systems at the data level and building reliable data pipelines.
- Experience working with sensitive or regulated data, particularly in healthcare, is strongly preferred.

**Technical Skills**
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and complex SQL query development.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Experience in designing and maintaining scalable data integration solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data storage, ETL processes, and large dataset performance tuning.
