Quality Assurance Department Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to analyse data, create and review processes.
- Ability to build scorecards.
- Ability to draw up audit plans and schedule staff.
- Analyse data in order to find areas for growth and improvement.
- Willingness to assist other departments to develop solutions and metrics.
- Design, implement, and improve company quality standards.
- Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met.
- Create reports to track progress.
- Formulate strategies to increase productivity.
- Investigating customer complaints.
- Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to Department Head.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Strong attention to detail
- Tertiary qualification advantageous
- Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a managerial role
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within operations
- Excellent communication skills

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
