SweepSouth is Africa's largest online home services platform, offering services in home cleaning, gardening, plumbing, electricians, and more.

We are looking for an experienced Content Manager to join our Marketing Team. You will be the brands voice across the brand, including Social Media and PR.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Write clear and compelling copy for various channels (e.g. paid ads, newsletters, CMS pages)
- Conduct thorough research, analysis and interviews for the correct strategic direction
- Work together with creative professionals to help build marketing projects and campaigns
- Strategise, execute and manage the brand voice across various marketing mediums
- Work together with feedback from the Operations Management team and consolidate it into a strategic plan for execution for provider content
- Explore innovative ways to improve communication between the company and suppliers to improve engagement and improve worker morale
- Manage the companies PR agency, aligning articles to narrative and positioning of the brand voice
- Work with the Marketing Assistant to run all Social Media channels aligned with the brands voice and commercial plan
- Help to be a champion of SweepSouth values and culture internally and externally

**Required**:

- BA in Marketing, English, Journalism or a related field
- 3+ years’ working experience as a content manager in an online space
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- An eye for detail
- An interest in commerce, popular culture, and new advertising trends and techniques
