Basic function
As the Account Manager, you will play a crucial part in the business. Your leadership of the your team will ensure each and every event you plan is run seamlessly, and you would be required to play a role between client and staff as the key liaison between both. You will be managing your Account Executive and interns ensuring that all events are produced timeously with the right processes followed.

The Account Manager’s duties shall include, but not necessarily be limited to
Create and participate in the development of event concepts, strategies, plans and calendars.
Managing the execution, administration and reporting of events and other agency activities in your region.
Providing hands on management for client stakeholders activities and relationships.
Manage event planning, execution, administration, and financial oversight.
Sourcing briefs, liaising, managing and negotiating with third party suppliers.
Liaising with and managing a variety of delivery teams.
Handling event logistics and event execution on the ground.
Issue status reports and checklists as and when needed for all projects includes but not limited to project no, description, current status, next steps, timelines and due dates.
Regularly updating senior management on progress of events.
Obtaining permits and relevant venue documentation for events
Developing event feedback surveys to utilized at the event.
Schedule and attend meetings with clients and colleagues.
Compile and supply event close-out reports for clients.
Acting as key agency liaison with the client
Mentor junior staff, providing guidance and oversight to them
Developing and acquiring new business through nurturing client relationships
Actively contribute to improving systems and processes to support the ongoing success of the department Experience
Working on chase system
PR/marketing/communications agency experience

Senior Management experience of handling, managing, and executing b2b and b2c virtual and physical events
