E-commerce Specialist

Swish and Swank is on the lookout for a detail-driven and enthusiastic **Office Manager** to join our team If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy multitasking, and are passionate about client service and creativity, this role might be perfect for you.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Communication & Support**
- Provide friendly and efficient after-sales service
- Track and follow up on customer orders

**Order Dispatch & Fulfillment**
- Process and prepare daily orders for dispatch
- Liaise with couriers to ensure smooth deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and stock levels

**General Administration**
- Assist with invoicing, returns, and internal reporting
- Keep internal systems and customer data up to date
- Support management with ad hoc admin tasks

**Office Coordination**
- Oversee office supplies and workspace organisation
- Coordinate basic production needs

**Basic Social Media Support**
- Assist with basic content creation and scheduling
- Use Canva for design support (e.g. stories, posts, templates)
- Help with community engagement (comments, DMs, etc.)

**E-commerce**
- Manage back-end of website on Shopify
- Manage products, meta data and SEO
- Manage Takealot sales and products
- Weekly newsletter design and execution

**Requirements**:

- Matric certificate (compulsory)
- Own laptop (compulsory)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication in **Afrikaans & English**:

- Experience using **Canva**:

- Knowledge of major **social media platforms & meta business suite**

- E-commerce experience and qualification (Shopify)
- Graphic design experience
- Pro-Active attitude with the ability to take intiative
- Takealot Seller Experience
- Photography & Content Creation for video platforms experience

Please note: The applicant must reside in the East Rand - Springs/Brakpan/Nigel/Benoni

Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
