The position for a customer support representative based in Greytown has become available. This position will contact customers to promote parts, service and upgrades as well as develop company/customer relations and provide follow-up to machine sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**1. CUSTOMER SERVICE**
- Inspections and sell machine maintenance and repair services, repair parts, extended warranties, upgrades and any other management approved products.
- Represent the company for the sale of Product Support to customers in a defined sales area.
- Promptly submit sales leads to Mascor Sales Management and appropriate salespeople as these leads are discovered.
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Maintain, as directed by the Manager, current and complete Sales Management information for all customers in the assigned territory.
- Follow up on each after-sale.
- Any other special duties as requested by management to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inspections on machinery at customer work site.
- Attend to customers and process orders timeously
- Meet all sales and GP targets to budget
- Meet customer coverage targets.
**2. ADMINISTRATION**
- Maintain basic technical knowledge of Mascor products and services and provide technical assistance where applicable.
- Keep updated on product knowledge, features and benefits of all products and services potentially saleable by the company.
- Keep abreast of competitive activity and competitive products, as well as business and industry trends.
- Prepare reports for business transactions and keep expense accounts.
**3. GENERAL**
- All safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.
- Training classes, and all required company meetings.
- Represent and promote Mascor and fellow employees in a positive and professional manner.
- Maintain company facilities and equipment in a professional and safe manner.
**REQUIREMENTS**
**1. **Qualifications**:
- **Min**: Grade 12
- **Ideal**: Qualified Diesel Technician
**2. **Experience**:
- 5 - 10 years’ experience in a construction/agricultural related role with involvement in activities such as service, parts, or other related work.
- Advanced knowledge of all high tech machines and specialize equipment.
- Advanced Sales and Marketing experience in agriculture/C&F sector.
