**MARKET ANALYST - WEST RAND - R25000 to R28000pm**
**FMCG Industry**

The Right Company are currently recruiting for an experienced Market Analyst to provide competitive analysis on the Company’s market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales, and methods of operation.

Key duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

- Provide strong and timely financial and business analytic decision support to business partners and various organisational stakeholders.
- Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis.
- Participate in regular meetings with management, assessing and addressing issues to identify and implement improvements toward efficient operations.
- Evaluate key performance indicators, provide ongoing reports, and recommend business plan updates
- Collect data on Dealers, End-users, competitors, and the marketplace and consolidate this information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
- Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective Dealers and End-Users preferences.
- Compile and analyse statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it.
- Interpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendations.
- Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices.
- Tracking and forecasting market trends.
- Monitor and predict sales and marketing trends.
- Measure how well marketing strategies and programmes are working.
- Develop and evaluate ways to collect data including opinion polls, questionnaires, and surveys.
- Convert findings and complex data into tables, written reports and graphs that can be understood.
Requirements and skills:

- Matric/Grade 12
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Statistics or related field and combination of education and experience.
- Driver’s license
- Advanced analytical skills with experience collecting, organising, analysing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy.
