BASIC MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : Matric or equivalent

TERTIARY QUALIFICATION : Not required

COMPUTER LITERACY LEVEL : MS SUITE - Intermediate

ADDITIONAL COMPUTER SKILLS : Advantageous WHS management systems - Cargowrite

JOB-RELATED REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Automotive Warehousing environment.
Minimum of 1 years experience in IR and HR related matters.
A good understanding of JIS supply.
Cargo-write - understanding inbound,outbound,put away and picking processes and query investigations.
Own transport essential.
Ability to work overtime when required.

ADDED ADVANTAGES:
English - written,reading and communication

Basic use of scanners and understanding or willingness to learn warehouse management systems.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Manage all areas of warehouse and off-site clients, whether staff related or system related.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct and co-ordinate start - up meetings.
Arrange replacements for absentees.
Ensure all MHE and other related operational docs are completed and signed off.
Managing all weekly and monthly staff time sheets. Always limit overtime within the operation and get approval prior to implementing.
Liase with clients regarding supply chain concerns.
Investigate material damages to prevent reoccurrences.
Performing layout audits and SOT’s all findings to be reported and actioned.
Feedback information shared and concerns from leadership to all parties.
Review that all employees are performing their startarized work functions.
Ensure all SPQRSE boards are updated.
Managing staff - all overtime ,ensure all employees sign training records for all processes and documents implemented within operation. Managing and arranging shift patterns -all staff including drivers.
Adherence of all standard safety rules and regulations by supervisor and their teams.
Managing team performance.
Initiating discplinary action when needed.
Ability to work overtime as required

Updating stock control on cargowrite daily and monthly. Investigating system errors and reporting.
