**Purpose of the position**:
Processing all broker-related claims according to the company’s claim’s philosophy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Capturing and processing broker claims
- Underwriting motor and non-motor claims
- Managing client expectations and validating claims in a timely manner
- Dealing with broker and client queries in a professional way and in alignment with our company values

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- RE qualification (advantageous)
- Commercial experience/credits (advantageous)
- Multi-lingual (advantageous)

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Attention to detail and quality oriented
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Client centric
- Organised, punctual and excellent time management skills
- Work well in a team and individually

**Job Type**: Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- commercial insurance: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- multiple languages (preferred)

License/Certification:

- RE Qualification (preferred)
