Trade Finance Officer

Rapidly growing global commodities trading company is looking for a Senior Trade Finance Specialist, to fulfil the below functions.

**Financing**
- Optimizing usage of transactional lines (structure, sublimit, bank allocation etc.) in cooperation with the Trade Finance team.
- Reviewing and agreeing repo calculations and hedge movements with banks.
- Optimizing usage of various financing solutions (transactional, repo, clean, discounting)
- Liaising with banks and various internal departments regarding financing

**Reporting**
- Managing Borrowing base reporting and surrounding processes
- Reporting and reviewing fee calculations and optimising where possible
- Facilitating and streamlining reporting tools on transactional bank capabilities, sublimits and utilisation
- Undertaking various reconciliations between both interdepartmental and external records
- Tracking entire trade cycle flow and reporting accordingly to banks.

**Education, Skills and Experience**
- Experience with reviewing repo calculations and hedge movements
- Very strong numerical/analytical skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R900,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Trade Finance in a bank or commodities industry: 5 years (required)
