**Purpose of the Job**:
Drive execution of transactional sourcing and end-to-end order-to-pay process through monitoring the team performance and deliverables and in aligning and response with business requirements and plans to ensure delivery is as per agreed SLA's and to achieve procurement goals and objectives.

**What you’ll have done before**:

- Baseline:
- NQF Level 7 (Degree in Supply Chain, BCom, Transport, Economics or related)
- 8 years Procurement experience with procurement standards, systems, process, tools
- Best practice in Procurement Management
- 3 years’ experience in Managing Managers/Others
- Advantageous:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Procure to pay in depth knowledge
- CIPS Certification

**What you’ll be doing**:

- MANAGE PROCURE-TO-PAY PROCESS:
- Oversee the development and execution of transactional sourcing with the team for strategic sourcing categories by leading the supplier’s selection process and quotations as well as leading negotiations for transactional sourcing to ensure delivery and performance of procurement transactions.
- SOURCING MANAGEMENT:
- Oversee preparation of documents for non-strategic sourcing categories in preparation of RFI, RFQ, RFP and by overseeing bidding processes & creating & managing contracts to ensure Procurement process and information integrity.
- COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT AND GOVERNANCE:
- Monitor compliance for procure to pay process and contracts by leading the procurement processes and overseeing management of contract compliance to ensure Purchase Order completion for execution.
- PERFORMANCE MONITORING AND REPORTING:
- Monitor deliverables according to business needs/ requirements through analysis of performance reports and stakeholder feedback to ensure deliverables meet the customer needs and to their satisfaction.
- SLA MANAGEMENT:
- Ensure delivery and performance on all procurement transactions through development and management of SLA's and in alignment aligning with relevant business and procurement heads to ensure that performance and delivery is as per agreed SLA's.
