TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- ISIRs for all relevant products (new and modified) before the formalization of specifications
- Involvement in testing of new products where relevant
- Ad hoc testing of samples (complaints, problem solving, etc.) and reporting on the findings
- Developing new routine QC testing methods and procedures
- Developing and implementing new testing methods- Calibrating and verifying of testing equipment
- In general, ensuring accurate, reliable and repeatable data output

**Requirements**:

- A National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Analyst in an analytical role
- Have an ability to write reports and give feedback effectively
- Have an ability to analyse problems critically and find root causes
- Ability to organize
- Analytical thinking
- Understanding of quality processes and products in the business
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Passionate about excellent service
- Enthusiastic, motivated and reliable
- Highly computer literate (MIS OFFICE, WORD, EXCEL, EMAIL)
- Be a rational thinker, yet creative and open-minded
- Have the ability to influence others
- Have the ability to work autonomously and under pressure
