A leading FMCG exporter is currently looking for a seasoned and enthusiastic Claims Administrator to join their accounting team.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Processing suppliers claims on short delivery or pricing queries. This includes tracking to ensure the credit is passed.
- Completion of General ledger claims reconciliation and daily follow up on overdue claims.
- Capturing supplier invoices and offsetting GRNs (Good Received Notes)
- Assisting with negative GRNs and stock queries.
- Ensure supplier upliftment claims are processed timeously.
- Capturing PPV adjustments
- Reconciling Gateway sales margin and submitting file for authorisation
- Assisting with month end reconciliation of supplier statements which include ensuring rebates and discounts are taken.
- Adhoc creditor & procurement functions

**REQUIREMENTS**
- A bookkeeping course or studying to complete degree/diploma.
- Creditors experience with recon, GRN matching and PPV adjustments.
- Syspro is an advantage.
- Experience with export/import is an advantage.
- Quick learner
- Good excel/computer skills
- Strong numeracy/attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask

**Salary**: Up to R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
