We are a Cape Town based construction company looking for a Construction Foremen to supervise and guide workers on construction sites. Your duties will include but not be limited to, assigning tasks, making schedules according to programs, stock control, placing orders, monitoring team performance and interacting with clients. As a Construction Foremen you should demonstrate leadership, supervisory skills, good communication and negotiation skills, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
To be eligible for the position you need to have minimum of 3 years work experience in small commercial and residential site management. Able to read Building plans. Have sober habits and be punctual.

In order for you to be eligible for the position we require the following:

- At least 2 Reference letters
- Cover letter giving us an overview of projects you have managed in the past

Note: This is a position for management on small scale and remuneration is in line with project size.

**Experience**:

- Construction management: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Drivers licence (required)
