We are looking to add an amazing and fun Junior IT Internal Recruiter/Sourcer to join our HR small team.
It would only be myself and the Junior as the Talent Acquisition team; collaborating with the HR team, therefore there will be a lot of scope to grow and help grow the department and company. All ideas welcomed
I would prefer someone with **at least 1 years’ IT recruitment experience **and if you know about sourcing via Boolean strings, etc it would be advantageous as we are going to be building a continuous pipeline to meet the company’s growth predictions.
If you do not have any sourcing skills, ie via Boolean strings, you need to have a good understanding of technology in order to learn the skill.

**Qualifications / Experience**
**- 1 - 2 years IT recruitment experience**:

- Boolean sourcing experience very Beneficial
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases beneficial

**Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager on all roles
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes and refers them to the Talent Acquisition Manager for consideration
- Proactively manage these jobs and handle the full recruitment
- Handling of all recruitment administration
- Assist with developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
- Assist with preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job sites/social media sites
