Service Delivery Manager ICT

Johannesburg North, Johannesburg - Gauteng - South Africa

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager you will be in direct contact with customers in the Southern and Eastern African Regions. It is essential that you have managed IT environments within government departments.

Your permanent objective is to maintain the systems that provide document production with a high level of availability requirements, as well as oversee the evolutive maintenance of such systems. This role will allow you to work in an international context with rich diversity projects, to do short missions in France and abroad, and to extend your international network.

Essential Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Engineer Diploma (Specialty in Industrial maintenance or ICT)
- ITIL process knowledge/certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and/or operations management with external subcontracting
- Experienced in implementing or operating complex systems with demanding client requirements.
- SLA management
- Technical experience in solutions providing complex system
- Understand and take ownership of client requirements, technical specifications and architecture documentation
- Ability to translate Client requirements/needs into technical requirements and validate the solutions proposed by the technical support team
- Able to add value to technical reports
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools MS Office and MS Projects
- Knowledgeable in Client support management tools
- Service quality and client satisfaction oriented
