**Job Purpose**: To provide assistance and administrative support to the department.

**Provide assistance and administrative support to the department.**

1. Attend to all water queries logged.
2. Replacement of faulty water meters.
3. Job scheduling for Site Inspector.
4. Ordering of hardware.
5. Arranging access for Site Inspections.
6. Providing support to contractors and site inspector.
7. Regular site visits on large projects.
8. Quality control on work done on site.
9. Attend to all new metering requests.
10. Monthly reporting on jobs logged.
11. Receiving of Quotes, Invoices and Reports from Contractors.
12. Provide regular feedback on jobs logged to Property management and Utility Specialist.
13. Update MDA with feedback and progress of jobs logged.
14. Prioritise Jobs according to potential losses or losses incurred.
15. Review Job Cards received and propose recommendations.
16. Provide solutions for water losses or unaccounted water usage.
17. Review quoted costs vs. invoice costs
18. Attend to all customer queries.
19. Facilitate testing of meters when queried.
20. Daily monitoring of online smart water meters.

**Reporting**

1. Provide reports on installations, cost, progress, and feedback of meters.
2. Compile meter recharge per quantity report.
3. Compile VMSLK cost of sales report.
4. Prepaid summary report.
5. Preparing accommodation type reports
6. Preparing expenditure reports
7. Unit balancing reports
8. Sales trend report

**Working conditions**:
Mostly Office Based. Limited Travelling will be required.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
1. Matric qualification required.
2. Administration course or related qualification preferred.
3. Driver’s license (Own vehicle)

**Skills & Knowledge Required**:
1. Microsoft Programs:
a. MS Word - Intermediate
b. MS Excel - Intermediate - Advanced
c. MS Power Point - Intermediate
d. MS Outlook - Intermediate
e. MS Visio - Basic
2. 2- 3 years’ administrative experience required.
3. Be able to work under pressure.
4. Proficiency in English required.
5. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
6. Basic understanding of reconciliation required.
