This permanent position requires a competent experienced person with sound practical and comprehensive knowledge of the game of Golf. The applicant must be reliable, demonstrate high energy levels, and have attention to detail on a continuous basis, good mannerisms with an even temperament. Responsible for addressing all Guests needs during their visit, including the daily operations of the Golf Shop. The key role it to ensure that the Guest achieves maximum satisfaction from their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Booking rounds of golf, including receiving Golfers;
- Receiving fees;
- Recording golf rounds played;
- Coordinated golf cart hiring;
- Stock sales, including daily cash ups
- Maintain financial and stock control registers while on duty;
- Assist with golf competitions, including checking score cares;
- Control of golf club equipment.

Key Requirements:

- Must have minimum of 2 years in golf industry;
- Full knowledge of the game of golf and affiliation fees **(NOT NEGOTIABLE)**
- Matric certificate;
- Computer literate, Orion software experience advantageous;
- Stock control experience;
- Ability to work under pressure in Public;
- Strong verbal & written communication in English and Afrikaans;
- Guest service orientated;
- Logical thinking and problem solving skills;
- Good numerical skills;
- Ability to work as in a team;
- A caring attitude towards older persons; and
- Neat appearance and sober habits.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: Up to R6,000.00 per month
