- Supporting Technology Strategy & Innovation
- Contribute to developing and executing a Technology Implementation strategy and tactical plans aligned with corporate goals.
- Lead the planning and implementation of a Technology Applications strategy aligned with the broader Technology strategy and roadmap.
- Deliver an Applications Roadmap considering budgets, resourcing needs, market trends, and business goals.
- Provide input into the commercialization strategy by developing value-added services.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for digitization and automation.
- Propose innovative solutions to unmet business needs to position the company as an industry leader.

**Planning and Organization***:

- Monitor performance against the Applications Roadmap to meet deadlines.
- Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with partners to integrate IoT for better decision-making.
- Ensure architectural design meets business specifications and digitization requirements.
- Collaborate with Technology teams to identify successful deployment measures and business benefits.

**Execute Analysis & Design Activities***:

- Define or assist in defining specifications for new product development.
- Support the Development team throughout the lifecycle by providing valuable input.
- Analyze and report on the quality and performance of technical solutions.

**Technical Implementation***:

- Guide incident resolution and enhance ticket management for end users.
- Provide guidance on future-proof technical solutions adaptable to AI and machine learning.

**Customer Management***:

- Ensure SLAs are implemented to meet business objectives.
- Analyze data to identify challenges and opportunities for decision-making.
- Report performance results at steering committee meetings and other forums.

**Business Partner Relationship Management***:

- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the key contact for collaboration with other teams and vendors.

**Risk Management***:

- Identify risks and threats, analyze exposures, and take appropriate actions.
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain compliance with data management and privacy regulations.
- Adhere to governance and control requirements for project initiation.

**Reporting***:

- Manage system challenges escalations, ensuring vendor solutions align with business needs.
- Present performance reports and audit findings to establish a shared understanding of actions.

**Finance***:

- Prepare and manage operating and capital expenditure budgets.
- Monitor budget spend and optimize resources, identifying service optimization opportunities.
- Make budget recommendations that align with department goals.
- Ensure compliance with financial practices, policies, and procedures.

**Leadership and People Management***:

- Lead the team effectively, ensuring resource optimization for organizational productivity.
- Manage recruitment, performance, training, and career development processes across the team.
- Lead and inspire employees through the performance management process, offering support and coaching.
- Comply with Human Resources policies and labor laws, managing disciplinary hearings as needed.

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Requirements: Work Experience***:

- 8 years of experience in Information Technology, including:
- 3 years in managing open-source technologies
- 2 years working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

**Minimum Requirements: Education***:

- Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
- Certification in relevant Enterprise Architecture or Technology frameworks (advantageous).

**Functional Competencies***:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, business analysis, programming languages, and ICT project management (e.g., Agile).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Behavioral Competencies***:
