The BIM Modeller - Water is a critical role within our organisation, responsible for executing complex modelling tasks in water engineering projects. This position demands a high level of expertise in Autodesk Revit Software (Buildings) and Autodesk Civil 3D (Civils), or equivalent platforms, with the ability to create sophisticated content within a specific discipline.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop and maintain detailed 3D models of water infrastructure projects with utmost precision and adherence to industry standards.
- Utilise advanced features of Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D to create complex parametric families and dynamic components.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate integration of water engineering principles into BIM models.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on models to guarantee compliance with project specifications and UK water industry regulations.
- Analyse and resolve intricate modelling issues, demonstrating a high level of problem-solving skills.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of BIM standards and best practices within the organisation.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members on advanced modelling techniques and software utilisation.
- Participate in client meetings to present modelling solutions and address technical queries.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in BIM technology and water engineering practices, continuously enhancing professional expertise.
- Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and deliverables, maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy in all work produced.

**Qualifications**
Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years' experience with modelling software, preferably in a water engineering environment
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit Software (Buildings) and Autodesk Civil 3D (Civils)
- Strong knowledge of water engineering principles and practices
- Experience with water infrastructure design and modelling
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate models
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of UK water industry standards and regulations
- BIM Level 2 certification is desirable
- Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., ICE, CIWEM) is advantageous
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial
