Chemical Mixer

**What You’ll Do**:

- Mix and prepare chemical formulations according to strict specifications.
- Manage production processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance.
- Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate production records.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions or inefficiencies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.
- Support inventory and raw material tracking.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **3+ years’ experience** in a manufacturing environment (chemicals or personal care preferred).
- **Matric (Grade 12)** or equivalent required.
- A qualification in **Chemistry, Chemical Engineering**, or related field is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and strong communication skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
