Take responsibility for coordinating daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Determine and manage minimum and maximum stock levels.

Manage and service re-order levels.

Change layout of stores if necessary.

Order stock according to re order reports.

Book stock in by matching up orders and supplier invoices.

Issue stock.

Receiving and processing of store requisitions.

Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventory is accurate.

Weekly and monthly stock takes.

Ensure all stock control procedures are in place.

Investigate, resolve stock take variances timeously.

Provide solutions to resolve and prevent future variances.

Manage stock levels.

Issue and receiving of all stock.

Daily planning of stock issues.

Investigate stock balance irregularities.

Daily stock issue reconciliation.

Carry out and manage monthly stock takes.

Plan and carry out stock take at every financial yearend.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**

Matric (essential)

Tertiary qualification (essential)

Computer Literacy in MS Office (essential)

Experience on Syspro or ERP systems (essential)

Must have at least 2 years experience in warehousing/store management
