Planning and zoning: Architects are responsible for complying with local zoning laws and regulations. This involves researching zoning codes and working with local officials to ensure that the building design is compliant with these regulations.

Budgeting and estimating: Architects must have a thorough understanding of construction costs and budgeting. They are responsible for estimating the cost of construction and managing the budget for the project.

Communication: Architects must communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project. This includes presenting design ideas and plans, negotiating contracts, and resolving disputes.

Environmental sustainability: Architects must consider the environmental impact of their designs. This involves designing structures that are energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable.

Construction supervision: Architects are responsible for overseeing the construction process to ensure that the building is constructed according to the design and specifications.
- Degree in Architecture
- 5 to 10 years of experience as an Architect/ Senior Technologist
- Proficient in using Revit Architecture
- Drivers license and own vehicle would be an advantage
