Teambuilding Facilitator

As a facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in promoting effective communication, trust, and camaraderie among teams. If you possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a track record of successfully facilitating and leading team-building activities, we want to hear from you
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist with the design and development of Team-Building Programs: Assist with creating engaging and purposeful team-building activities tailored to address specific team dynamics and objectives.
- Facilitate engaging teambuilding events and workshops: Lead and guide team-building events/workshops both in-person and virtually.
- Employ various interactive techniques to encourage participation and foster a positive group dynamic.
- Improve communication: Implement exercises that promote effective communication, active listening, and conflict resolution within teams.
- Strengthen collaboration: Facilitate activities that encourage collaboration, mutual understanding, and synergy among team members from different departments or functions.
- Foster trust and respect: Create a safe and supportive environment where team members feel comfortable expressing their opinions and ideas without judgment.
- Monitor progress and evaluate outcomes: Track team performance and satisfaction before and after team-building initiatives and report findings to management.
- Stay current with team-building trends: Continuously research and incorporate innovative team-building techniques and methodologies into the facilitation process.
- Build strong relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with various clients.
**Skills and experience required**:
- A qualification or background in psychology/acting / education / training.
- Proven track record of facilitating team buildings/events
- Experience with team development and team building
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong rapport with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities and work styles.
- Knowledge of teambuilding concepts and a genuine enthusiasm for promoting the benefits of team collaboration.
- Familiar with various team-building methodologies and tools
- Proficient in conducting virtual team-building activities using online platforms
- Experience using all aspects of MS Office
- Own car is essential.
