**Position Overview**: As a Sales Representative at Legg & Wessel, you will be responsible for hunting new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing customers. Your primary goal will be to maximize sales opportunities and profits by staying informed about market trends and product innovations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify potential sales leads.
- Present and promote our products to customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and product innovations to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review, outlining performance and future opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within an industrial or wholesale environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic sales environment and adapting to changing market conditions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
