Odire Occupational Health (OOH) is a multidisciplinary organisation providing integrated healthcare services such as occupational hygiene, medical surveillance, onsite clinics, wellness, medical supplies and healthy & safety and training.

We are looking for an Occupational Hygienist to be a part of one of our projects The OH will be responsible for maintaining workplace health and safety by identifying, evaluating, and controlling exposure to chemical, physical, ergonomic, and biological hazards.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide Occupational Hygiene expertise and skills to the operation; advising on Occupational Hygiene solutions to enhance or ensure the effectiveness of the operation.
- Plan and implement hygiene systems to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Co-ordinate all occupational hygiene, health, and emergency preparedness programmes.
- Implementation, and management of effective OH strategies and systems based on risk assessment outcomes.
- Manage OH measurement and monitoring strategies and the reporting thereof.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent) in e.g. Health Sciences, Environmental Health, etc. majoring in Occupational Health & Safety.
- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience.
