**_CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Responsible for driving the Group’s digital offering by developing and managing digital solutions and products

which meets both current and future needs of the organisation.

**_KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:_**
- Ensure design and development compliance
- Drive the product roadmap strategy for SaaS and PaaS
- Define product requirements, including user flows, wireframes, and system diagrams
- Communicate directly with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs
- Work with the development team and 3rd party solutions architects to improve the use of agile practices and

end to end change processes
- Conduct market research to better identify and prioritize customer journeys and segments

**_QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:_**_- Relevant tertiary qualification with at least 3-5 years experience as a Digital Product Manager
- Experience in managing products using Agile methodologies
- Experience with SQL and BI reporting tools
- Ability to write comprehensive documents in a concise and structured manner
- Ability to analyse and simplify complex systems
