**Job Advert Summary**:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- A certificate in office administration or equivalent will serve as an advantage
- Valid drivers license with the ability to pass Rand Waters K53 test
- Must be in possession of Public Drivers Permit
- 2 years relevant experience functioning in an HR environment

**Primary Duties**:

- Driver responsibility will include to deliver/collect mail and parcels.
- Ensure at all times that the HR vehicle remains road worthy by performing inspections and reporting all incidents and defects on a daily basis. Keep the vehicle neat and clean at all times.
- The incumbent must collect and deliver documents from and to Rand Water sites.
- The incumbent must ensure that the Log book, is completed after each trip.
- Comply with all relevant SHE legislation
- Administrative duties such as filing, recording and submission of HR Documents

**Knowledge**:

- Driving of light motor vehicle
- Road traffic regulations
- ISO 45001
