We’re looking for a results-driven telesales professional who can build rapport quickly, communicate with confidence, and convert conversations into new business.

**What We Do**: We are a leading medical staffing organisation, supplying healthcare professionals across the UK.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Making high volume quality outbound calls to healthcare providers and decision-makers across the UK
- Promoting our medical staffing services and identifying immediate or upcoming staffing requirements
- Building strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and consistent communication
- Handling objections professionally and converting leads into active clients
- Meeting and exceeding daily call volumes and conversion targets

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Clear, neutral, and professional spoken English - must be well-spoken and easy to understand for UK clients
- Previous telesales or outbound calling experience, ideally in recruitment or B2B sales
- A confident communicator who thrives under pressure and stays motivated through rejection
- Self-driven with a strong work ethic and a persistent, goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone for the majority of the day
