- Our Client in the FinTech Industry is looking for a Credit Specialist to evaluate_
- and assess the creditworthiness of businesses seeking loans by utilizing_
- management practices to make well-informed credit decisions._

- **Requirements**:_
- Honours degree in Finance / Accounting / Mathematics or related_
- Preferred: CA(SA)/ACCA/CIMA_
- 2-3 years of experience working financial services and/or lending industry_
- **Experience as a Credit Analyst in a scorecard-based environment or a**_
- similar role (Financial Service Industry)_
- Knowledge of commercial credit products, market trends, and/or loan_
- procedures, credit life cycle (up to and including collections)_
- Familiarity with industry-specific factors influencing credit risk, such as_
- market trends, regulatory changes, and economic conditions._
- **Understanding credit bureau data, credit scoring methodologies, and**_
- regulatory compliance._
- Experience monitoring & analyzing the performance of credit accounts to_
- assess credit quality, identify trends, & manage credit risk exposure._
- Familiarity with credit policies and guidelines, ensuring credit decisions_
- align with the established risk appetite._
- Knowledge of loan administration, accounting, and banking_
**Salary**: R50 000,00 per month
**Education**:
- Honours (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Credit Analyst: 2 years (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Cape Town, Western Cape (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Cape Town, Western Cape: Relocate before starting work (required)
