**Company/ Our client**

A production company located in Pretoria. They specialise in video production and live streaming which entails many areas of expertise such as cinematography, video editing, animation, creative direction, design, and social media management to name a few.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Oversee all creative projects from initial idea through to the final concept.
- Give creative guidance on sets.
- Review and approve creative work and ideas and give feedback to the team, making sure the creative output of the company is to the highest possible standard and is work the organization is proud of.
- Write remarkable scripts and do storyboarding.
- Get hands on with creative work and stuck in the zone.
- Participate in, and lead pitches and presentations to clients and the team.

**Leadership**
- Guide the creative team in their tasks, providing them with advice and mentorship.
- Work extremely close and collaboratively with the Director to make sure the company, as a
- whole, is going in the direction we all collectively want it to go.
- The company wants one to be a big part of the company’s vision and goals.
- Escalate any issues of major concern to the Director in a timely manner.
- Assist in leading brainstorms for exciting new projects.
- When necessary, think operationally and do everything in your power to ensure the organization delivers.
- Guard processes both internally and externally. Adapt and improve these wherever necessary.
- Be incredible at sharing results and successes with both the team and clients.

- Plenty of digital experience - this is essential.
- A university degree in a related field. While this isn’t everything, it at the very least shows your ability to commit and complete a challenge.
- Experience across company or in-house marketing environments. Preferably both.
- Have experience designing for video campaigns with an excellent understanding of the technical possibilities and the outer limits of video production.
- **Bonus points**
- Basic knowledge of video editing.
- A keen interest in new business and helping expand the empire.

Interests outside of work that are fun to talk about and GIF sending skills.
