- ** Team Leadership**:

- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and content creators.
- Provide clear guidance, support, and motivation to project teams.
- Facilitate effective communication and ensure team alignment on project goals and timelines.
- ** Client Engagement**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Manage client feedback and ensure it is incorporated into project deliverables.
- ** Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all projects meet high-quality standards and align with client requirements.
- Conduct regular quality checks and reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes.
- ** Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital project management, preferably within a digital agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex digital projects.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, including mobile and web development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
