Administrator: Internal Sales

**Purpose**:
The Sales Administrator is responsible for assisting the Sales Executives with sales calls on Mustek products and building customer relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
- Place 100% of External Sales Executive monthly GP Actuals (internal system).
- KPI measurement on Gross Profit Monthly must be equal to or greater than 80% of YTD GP % must be achieved or a PIP will be implemented.
- If 90% average of the total KPI annually (at the end of the FY or Quarter) is not achieved PIP may be implemented.
- Provide general sales administrative support to Sales Executives as required.
- Assist in identifying market opportunities and putting together sales strategies for new and existing clients.
- Ensure that compliance with the SOP (standard operating procedures), Fraud Prevention, Order Verification are adhered to.
- Advise on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
- Ensure that no more than 2 complaints are lodged monthly (telephonic or written).
- Actively work towards the company values.
- Ensure the customers/client care policies are adhered to always.
- Ensure professional customer/client interaction always.
- Provides customers with necessary product and basic technical support.
- Follows-up with work in progress to ensure customer satisfaction and prompt delivery of goods.
**Qualification and Experience**:
- Matric.
- At least 2-year sales administration preferred.
- Experience within ICT industry sales at a similar level would be advantageous.
