- New business development
- Technical support and training to customers
- Benchmark with competitors & market scanning
- Achieve and improve sales targets within the defined area
- Ensure that the company is always represented at industry associations and institutions functions
- Drive positive customer service through appropriate attitude and action.
- Drive Admin and reports (weekly and monthly), assist in drafting/managing budgets and forecasts

**The main targets are**:

- New business development for full product portfolio
- Technical and sales support
- Grow sales and profitability within agreed targets
- Expand the product and profit offering within the area
- Ensure high levels of product knowledge with key industry decision makers**Inherent Requirements**
- Requirements:
- Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or similar
- Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Education / Experience: Extensive Sales/Marketing Experience - At least 3 years in the same industry
- Language Skills: Afrikaans, English
- Technical Skills: High
- Reasoning Skills: High
- Computer Skills: Microsoft office
- Physical Demands: Extensive travelling
- Work Environment: Office and extensive travel
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, outgoing, honest, performance driven and self-driven
- Product Knowledge: Basic water pump and technical pump knowledge will be an advantage
- Must speak English and Afrikaans
