To develop tactical strategy and delivery plans, formulate associated practice/s and to ensure operational implementation and adoption i.t.o. governance management methodology and delivery objectives.

**Job Description**:

- Reports directly into Head of Financial Crime Compliance (RB, EB & PSC). Will support the Financial Crime Compliance Risk Management Team which includes FCC Risk Advisors and Specialised Operations function.
- Key Risk Indicators / Key Performance Indicators - formulation, collation, tracking, and escalation of emerging risk. Engage and collaborate with FCC Governance and Business Units to ensure quality of reporting of key risks and usage of reporting systems.
- Reporting - formulation, collation of information / data (adhoc or periodic), inclusive of internal governance committees, regulators, business SLAs, team efficiency metrics, HR related items, day-to-day key data / reports that impacts the overall running and efficiency of the department
- Issues Management - management and reporting of issues (within the team and with Businesses supported). Engage with FCC Risk Managers and tracking of issues constantly, while tracking its impact on the relevant Road to Satisfactory status. Escalating key risk and impact to the Head which influence the RTS.
- Strategic Initiatives / Priorities - Manage, drive and track key strategic initiatives and priorities that has been agreed upon. Where needed, intervene to assist in unblocking challenges which may arise.
- Learning - budget management, training plans (development and tracking - aligned to team growth), logistics / arrangements. Formulate and drive the learning agenda for the teams to ensure that the team has been equipped to meet and exceed strategic goals.
- Projects - drive key projects that may be allocated by Head within department. Collaborate with key FCC stakeholders within Change and IT to drive constant efficiencies through the use of automation and data with the department. Where needed, engage with Business allocated representatives to partner on key projects.
- Develop and manage appropriate performance tracking tools to ensure that the overall performance of the team is constantly tracked, managed and escalated where needed.
- HR - ensure that there is constant evaluation of the capacity of the team in line with agreed stretched targets and efficiencies. Track team capacity and resourcing in line with transformation targets within team and larger FCC team.
- Operations - general operation responsibilities which may be required to support the team from a day to day perspective.

Education

Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
