**Scope of Services Definition**
- Working autonomously or leading a team in the provision of end-to-end business analysis.
- Identify business needs, determine solutions, and enable improvement in organisational processes.
- Responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality business analysis artefacts such as business cases, business requirements specifications, process mapping and functional requirement specifications.
- Serving as an interface between Business Analysts and Business Stakeholders in the provisioning of business analysis services.
- Working with enterprise architecture and various other disciplines in the provision of fit for purpose, innovative business solutions.

**Minimum qualification required**:

- At least eight years’ business analysis experience
- An Honours Degree in Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Accounting OR equivalent
- National Payment System Qualifications or Experience

**The following will be an added advantage**:

- A Diploma in Business Analysis
- Casewise experience

**Key Responsibilities**
- Initiate comprehensive business cases for proposed solutions to the identified business problems and needs
- Drive business analysis initiatives or lead a team on projects of a high risk and multi year in nature characterised by a high level of solution complexity, from initiation to implementation.
- Develop a partnership role with business owners and interact with clients independently to define future business requirements, identify opportunities for optimisation, and develop and propose solutions.
- Lead and present engagements with business customers, taking responsibility for managing the relationship and interface with the customer for the business analysis and optimisation streams
- Lead the analysis/solution life cycle for initiatives from problem identification to the management of change requirements and training
- Take responsibility for the quality assurance of the work and outputs of other business analysts
- Provide substantive input to support other disciplines (e.g. systems development, project management, change management).
- Participate in external industry business analysis forums, contributing to developing and furthering the business analysis body of knowledge (both theoretical and applied)
- Support business architects in defining, analysing and developing the business architecture, reference model, framework and implementation roadmaps required to enable the strategy
