Mazars has an opportunity available for a focused dynamic individual to join our Human Resources department, based at our Gauteng office.

You will support the National talent acquisition team with specific recruitment and HR administration relating to the full recruitment cycle of intermediate to senior roles

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Independently coordinate the full recruitment cycle for intermediate to senior level roles (screening, interviewing, assessments when required through to offer stage
- Reviewing relevant offer letters and employment contracts, ensuring that accuracy and quality is maintained.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric & recognised HR qualification (in either Social Sciences, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or similar)
- A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in similar role and environment (audit, legal or professional services) - essential
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience sourcing at an intermediate to senior level
- Proven track record in managing stakeholders
- Proven track record in managing a high number of specs at any given time
- In-depth knowledge of BCEA, LRA and EE Act
- Proven experience with recruitment metrics
- Knowledge of recruitment systems, databases and processes
